Big Lots and Gen-Probe

Hello… Hello… Yes, I’m still around. I still hold a position in Big Lots (Ticker: BIG) and initiated a position in Gen-Probe (Ticker: GPRO). There’s a lot of uncertainty now regarding a potential deal in Big Lots. The down side is very limited based on valuation and the market is pretty much pricing in a no deal. A lot of the hedge funds are filing their 13F's with the SEC. It’s interesting to note that Eddie Lampert holds 1.3 million shares in Big Lots.
