SkillSoft = Done Deal, But...

So... SkillSoft officially closed on May 26th, but the cash won't be paid out until June 9th. I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for payment, which is an eternity when you're playing a risk arb deal. As they say, time is money. This cuts into your annualized rate of return. This is the longest I've had to wait for the cash after a close. What's up with that!?
