Still Waiting...
Yes, I'm still waiting for the condo docs. In the mean time, I've been playing with some numbers. It's definitely going to be a tight. Looks like I'm going to have to reduce my 401k and / or ESPP contribution in order to make the mortgage payments. I'm still playing with different scenarios, i.e. larger down payment, etc...

You've been waiting a long time. Don't they want to sell those condos? Are the builders reliable? Sounds iffy.
I spoke with the sales manager and they're planning to mail it out this week. It's nice to have all this time to think about it, but the info I need is in those docs. They were probably a bit overwhelmed by the demand.
