I’m finally back in the merger arb game. Today, I initiated a position in Red Hat (Ticker: RHT) via Short Puts. It looks like all the regulatory approvals have been received and IBM (Ticker: IBM) has the cash to close this deal. So what’s left?

Is there any attractive puts to sell? I am struggling to find much to do
I sold the 185 Jan 2021 Puts.
RHT: any guesses when it closes? One analyst estimated June 30 close

Interesting to note that Brazil can't stop this deal:
"Can Brazil stop the deal? Verdonik says no."
“Brazil can’t stop the merger, because IBM and Red Hat are not incorporated in Brazil,” he explained. “It is, however, within Brazil’s power to make it difficult for Red Hat and IBM to do business in Brazil.”
