From today’s filing: "On January 16, 2019, the FCO issued a clearance
decision with respect to the Offer and the Merger, and the FCA provided a
(declaratory) confirmation of clearance with respect to the Offer and the
Merger. Accordingly, the portion of the Offer Conditions relating to approval
by the FCO and the FCA of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement
has been satisfied."

LOXO: not sure how FTC shutdown affects them. any ideas on whether to invest or hold off until FTC opens up?
Government shutdown does not impact the timing of the regulatory review process. The HSR waiting period for LOXO is scheduled to expire on January 31st at 11:59 pm. I am playing this via short Puts (just a small position right now).

I'm no longer in PACB. I closed out my position in November. I was in a risk off mode during that period.
