SI International By Year End?

SI International (Ticker: SINT) resubmitted their CFIUS application so now we’re looking for the merger to be completed by year end. This was the 3rd time that the company had to resubmit their application due to additional questions by CFIUS. I’m confident that CFIUS will give its blessing. As they say, the third time’s a charm… So we will see…

Puget is trying the nerves.....

Looks like the WUTC staff reccomend the deal (or at least that it causes no harm) and that the WUTC are rebuffing attempts by the public counsel to delay or derail a decison.

So why is the stock trading as if there is only a 50% chance of close ? Shouldn't it trade more like a 10% to 15% discount to the $30 per share transaction price ?

Why is there an absence of the major merger arb players especially when they all took a beat down on BCE and need to make some money back ?

What risk are we missing ?
